Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Vehicle Booking and Cancellation

At Youdha Auto, all vehicle bookings made through our official channels or authorized dealerships are subject to our standard cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your booking before the final processing and vehicle dispatch, a full or partial refund of your booking amount may be initiated as per the dealership's terms and conditions. Please consult with your local authorized dealer for specific timelines.

2. Vehicle Delivery and Acceptance

Once the vehicle is invoiced, registered, or delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded. We strongly encourage all customers to perform a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before finalizing the handover process to ensure the vehicle meets our quality standards.

3. Warranty and Defect Resolution

Any manufacturing defects or technical issues discovered post-delivery will be resolved under the standard warranty terms and conditions. We offer comprehensive service support to ensure your vehicle performs optimally. Defective parts covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of cost by authorized service centers.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds for cancelled bookings or valid claims will be processed within 10 to 15 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (bank transfer, credit card, etc.). Please note that your bank may take additional days to reflect the amount in your account.

5. Accessories and Spare Parts

Purchased accessories and spare parts are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective at the time of purchase or installation. Unused parts in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days of purchase, at the discretion of the dealership.
